Debreu.ai is an AI dealmaking operating system that analyzes emails, calendars, notes, contacts, companies, and other deal-related information. The Service includes automations that may draft or modify emails and calendar events when authorized by the user. The Service is operated and provided by PPLN Inc.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner
• Not misuse or disrupt the Service
• Safeguard your login credentials
• Provide accurate information

4. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security concerns.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Exploit email/calendar write operations
• Upload malicious content
• Circumvent rate limits or system protections

6. Third-Party Integrations (Google & Microsoft)

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including:

• Gmail (read/write)
• Google Calendar (read/write)
• Outlook (read/write)
• Microsoft Calendar (read/write)

By enabling these integrations, you authorize the Service to:

• Read, analyze, and store email/calendar content
• Draft and send emails on your behalf when triggered
• Create, update, or delete calendar events when triggered

You must comply with Google and Microsoft terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on external platforms.

7. AI Processing & Data Usage

By using the Service, you consent to your data—emails, calendars, notes, etc.—being processed by AI models to generate:

• Summaries
• Insights
• Drafts
• Calendar events
• Recommendations
• Entity extraction (people, companies, dates)

You retain ownership of your underlying data.

8. Intellectual Property

Debreu.ai's software, branding, and content belong to PPLN Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or suitability for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPLN Inc. is not liable for:

• Losses caused by user-triggered email/calendar actions
• Loss of data
• Lost opportunities or profits
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Terms violations
• Security issues
• Technical or operational needs

You may close your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting.
